Piers Morgan Has Claimed Many Rich And Powerful People Could Be ‘Sweating Tonight’ After Ghislaine Maxwell’s Guilty Verdict

The former Good Morning Britain presenter even takes a thinly disguised swipe at Prince Andrew over his connections to Ghislaine and Jeffery Epstein as the royal faces allegations of his own.

Morgan took to Twitter and penned: “Will vile sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell now sing like a canary to avoid spending the rest of her life in prison? If she does, there could be a lot of rich, powerful & famous people sweating tonight… and not sweating.”

Maxwell, 60, was found guilty on five out of six counts of sex trafficking in the Jeffery Epstein sex abuse case on Wednesday 29 December.

Piers seems to be one of many people hoping Ghislaine will come clean about other powerful people who were involved with Epstein and the case.

One of the most well known associates of Epstein is Prince Andrew, who sat down with Emily Mantis in 2019 to deny all allegations against him in the now infamous interview.

Prince Andrew was accused of having sex with 17-year-old Virginia Roberts, who said she remembered him “dripping from sweat” when they danced in London’s Club Tramp in 2001.

In the interview, the Prince revealed he has a “peculiar medical condition” that stops him from sweating.

He has denied all the allegations and the Met police confirmed in October it had dropped an investigation into him.

The jurors spent five full days deliberating the case before reaching a guilty verdict at Maxwell’s trial, where she was accused of helping Epstein, her former boyfriend, sexually abuse four teenage girls between 1994 and 2004.
